Computer and Hazardous Waste Round-up

Do you have an old computer laying around the house? How about paint or other hazardous waste? Bedford’s Service Department will be taking in computers and hazardous from Bedford residents on April 14 from 9Am – 12PM. Residents can bring their unwanted computers and hazardous to the Service Garage located at 100 Solon Road. You can drop off materials like:

  • sealers
  • primers
  • coatings
  • varnishes
  • polyurethanes
  • shellacs
  • paint thinner
  • mineral spirits
  • turpentine
  • pesticides
  • herbicides
  • fungicides
  • caustic household cleaners
  • automotive fluids
  • motor oil
  • car batteries
  • adhesives
  • roof tar
  • driveway sealer
  • kerosene
  • gasoline
  • lighter fluid
  • mercury

Bedford will properly dispose of these materials for you. This service is provided free of charge for Bedford residents.
