Here is the agenda for the April 2nd City Council Meeting.
In the Work Session, we will be discussing:
- a reappointment to the Planning Commission.
In the Regular Session, we will be voting on:
- The purchase of several vehicles for the City
- The Dumpster Law update
- Acquiring properties from the Land Bank
- a contract for a company to do lot and treelawn maintenance for the City
- A change to an ordinance that pertains to the lawsuit currently pending against the State of Ohio regarding House bill 49.
- Accepting the contract with the Firefighters
- A change to the rental license ordinance that would make it so that no rental license will be issued if a building has delinquent property tax or nuisance fines.
- Declaring 401 W. Glendale a nuisance and condemning it
- Allowing Motorcars Acura to put solar panels on their roof
- Allowing Mazda of Bedford to begin building on Rockside
- Allowing a height variance for the pole barn garage located at 660 Columbus Rd.
